That Video Mag is a city-focused video platform for discovering local content and culture. We help people find out what makes local communities exciting places to work, live, and play with original videos not found anywhere else. We are looking for journalists to write stories that resonate with our members. Ideal candidates are open-minded, persistent, and excellent storytellers. Here's what we're looking for:
1. Topics: Arts & Entertainment, Beauty & Fashion, Business, Food & Beverage, Sports, and Opinion.
2. Length: 300-500 words.
3. Locations: Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, London, Los Angeles, Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, New York, Orlando, and Tampa
4. Live in the community where the stories originate.
5. Qualifications:
• Preferred BA/BS in journalism or relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience writing and reporting for a digital news publication.
• Fact-checking and ensuring all information is accurate/credible.
• A strong sense of journalistic ethics.
• Photography is a plus.
