That Video Mag is a city-focused video magazine for local culture, news, entertainment powered by local video creators. We need your help to help viewers understand what makes your community an exciting place to work, live, and play. If you're struggling to earn a living as a freelance video journalist, filmmaker, and musician, you can make more money from publishing and sharing non-fiction, documentary, journalistic, and live performance videos on That Video Mag than releasing them on free ad-supported models.
What makes us different?
We provide creators with the highest revenue sharing, discoverability, and monetization through distribution earning $.20 monthly recurring revenue for every new paid subscriber. Videos are guaranteed to reach between 100K and 1 million people.
How much money can I make?
We pay creators $500-$2,500 for original videos made exclusively for TVM. Creators who become affiliates and share Featured (purple badge) and Sponsored (blue badge) videos earn $.20 for every new member.
Do I still own the video?
We're only interested in original videos produced exclusively for our platform. If it already exists, we're probably not interested. Because we're investing in production, we retain full ownership.
I'm a local musician, how can I make more money?
Build your audience on That Video Mag, or bring over your existing audience by publishing your music videos or streaming your live performances exclusively with us. Here's what you get:

"I've already been hired for multiple video projects for That Video Mag, and what I can say is it has been one of the most seamless experiences I've encountered with any client. I will continue to work with That Video Mag. It's definitely been a good experience. I am looking forward to seeing this brand grow! "– Albert Polanco, Videographer / Photographer

The best projects answer the questions of what, where, why, when, and how. We cannot respond to everyone. To help improve your submission and increase your chance of getting approved, a sample assessment sheet is available to annual members in the Insider Information forum.
