Alley Kat Bar and 3rd Eye Promo, aka Bruce Coley, hosted their 3rd Block Party installment featuring Marley Marl & DJ Grandmaster Dee of Whodini. Due to the tropical storm, Cindy, the block party, moved inside, transforming it into a good old-fashioned house party.
