Every user can configure their Contests account settings to receive certain notifications as a feed and/or email when certain activities occur. These activities include:
- A new contest starts
- A user I follow submits a new entry
- A submission by a user I follow wins a contest
- Someone starts following me
- Someone comments on my submission
- My submission wins a contest
A feed is a notification that appears on your Notifications list and also on the lightbox when you click on the icon.
