By submitting an entry, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Contest Submission Terms and Conditions"):

MEDIA

A. Copyright

All photos and videos must be original work. No third party may own or control any materials the media contains, and the media must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.

B. Creative

Basic editing, including color enhancement, and the use of filters acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and genuineness of the images. Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions, and manipulations, and the adding and removing of significant elements within the frame is prohibited. The use of watermarks, text, or URLs are prohibited.

C. Content

Content must be free of derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, libelous, indecent, sexual, profane, indecent, tortuous, slanderous material that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harm against any group or person. 

SCORING

Creating multiple accounts will result in the closure of the accounts and deletion of corresponding votes. Entrants found receiving votes using multiple accounts will be disqualified from the competition, stripped of prizes, and banned from Thatvideomag.com.

AUTHENTICATION

A real first and last name must be used to create an account at Thatvideomag.com. Winners must provide proof of identity/ownership upon request to claim prizes. Documents MUST match the winner's first and last name used to register at Thatvideomag.com. Winners will be notified by email and prize money deposited via PayPal in 5-7 business days after verification. If no response is received after three business days, winners will forfeit all rights to the prize. Prizes are nontransferable.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Thatvideomag.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if we reasonably believe that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices. Disqualification is not limited to abuse, threats, or harassment of any other entrants, viewers, employees of That Video Mag.

By submitting an entry you acknowledge and agree that That Video Mag can use the media submitted for advertising purposes. You have read and are comfortable with these Contest Submission Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
